Our Beers

Our interest is normally making as many different beers as possible, but there are some beers that we have made that were so popular we just had to make them again. Below are the beers that we have been brewing over and over again.

AJ Witbier

AJ’s Wit

ABV: 5.5%
O.G.: 1.053
IBU: 16
This beer is repeatedly made because AJ loves witbiers. With wheat, oats, barley and rye, this beer is loaded with flavour that is complimented by the orange peel, coriander and Belgian yeast. It is tart, citrusy, and refreshing. The perfect beer for summer; and for AJ, the perfect beer every day of the year.

Blonde Ale

ABV: 4.8%
O.G.: 1.045
IBU: 17
This is our best attempt at a blonde ale, a style not known for is adventure. Adding some more flavourful malts and plenty of noble aroma hops, we hope this beer is the first step on a long and interest journey into the world of craft beer.

English Pale Ale

English Pale Ale

ABV: 5%
O.G.: 1.048
IBU: 25
Containing just two malts (Gambrinus ESB and Gambrinus Munich 10), this beer is fairly simple. But this makes it very drinkable. It is crisp with a slight nutty sweetness.

Honey Nut Brown 2

Honey Nut Brown Ale

ABV: 5.2%
O.G.: 1.052
IBU: 35
This is not the typical light honey ale. It is dark, rich, sweet and nutty tasting. There is a strong honey flavour from the large quantities of Gambrinus Honey Malt and unpasteurized honey. But the sweetness is well balanced by the slightly higher IBU.

Imperial Amber Ale

ABV: 8.2%
O.G.: 1.076
IBU: 55
Nearly an IPA, this beer is a rich carmel amber colour with lots of Centennial, Cascade and Crystal hop flavour and aroma. However, the bitterness is fairly mild, designed to balance out the sweetness of the carmel malt.

Dry Stout

Father’s Dry Stout

ABV: 5%
O.G.: 1.050
IBU: 40
As both our fathers are men who appreciate stouts, we brew this beer for them. This is a fairly typical stout, brewed with roasted barley, flaked barley and Gambrinus ESB malt. The ESB malt makes it a little bit sweeter and richer. We sometimes throw in some oats for good measure.

All Our Beers

Below are all the beers we have brewed. Because of the high costs or seasonal natural of ingredients, many of these beers we brew very infrequently.
